Bronze Plan
Includes trip charge and labor for one maintenance call and filter change per year. The Bronze package also covers any parts and levels on the softener head required for Kinetico softener operation. The customer is responsible for the cost of media, filters, salt, and any chemicals required for operation of Kinetico softener. This package only covers Kinetico Water Softeners.
Cost: $20 monthly or $225 annually (save $15) 24 month contract required.
Silver Plan
Includes trip charge and labor for one maintenance call and filter change per year. The Silver package also covers any parts and levels on the softener head required for Kinetico softener operation. Any parts required for Kinetico A200/K5 DWS operation. The customer is responsible for the cost of media, filters, salt, and any chemicals required for Kinetico softener operation and membranes, and storage tanks required for Kinetico A200/K5 DWS operation.
Cost: $25 monthly or $250 annually. (save $50) 24 month contract required.
Gold Plan
Includes trip charge and labor for one maintenance call and filter change per year. The Gold package also covers any parts and levels on the softener head and the media inside the softener tanks required for Kinetico softener operation. Any parts, membranes, and storage tanks required for Kinetico A200/K5 DWS. The customer is responsible for filters, salt, and any chemicals required for the operation of Kinetico softener or drinking water station.
Cost $30 monthly or $325 annually. (save $35) 24 month contract required.
Service Maintenance Add-Ons
Enhance your Service Maintenance Plan with our selection of convenient add-ons. Choose from the options below to customize your plan and maximize the lifespan of your water treatment systems. Keep your water quality at its best with DuMor Water Specialists.
ProSV Add-On
Includes seals, spacers, and piston (maintenance parts) as well as all parts necessary for the operation of ProSV filter. The customer is responsible for the cost of filters and chemicals required for ProSV operation.
Cost: add $10 to monthly charge or $100 to annual charge.
Carbon Tank / Dechlorinator Add-On
Includes replacement of carbon media as needed. Customer is responsible for the cost of filters.
Cost: Add $10 to monthly charge or $100 to annual charge.
Bypass Add-On
Includes replacement of any valves, fittings, or connections to any of our equipment. Also covers part replacement on Kinetico SuperKits. The customer is responsible for the cost of the main water shut-off valve and any fittings and connections before or after water treatment bypass connection. *Only available to customers we have equipment install pictures on file.
Cost: Add $5 to monthly charge or $50 to annual charge.
Additional Trips Add-On
For customers that want us to come out more than once a year to change filters and do a maintenance check. Additional costs will depend on the customer’s current service package.
Cost per additional trip: add $15 to monthly charge or $175 to annual charge.
